Just had dinner at Baikohken. WOO the best ramen I've had in my life. You should have seen the big chunks of charsiew, totally thrashed Ajisen upside down k! It would be perfect if it was pouring, just like in dramas where they slurp down their piping hot ramen in the winter night. Oohlala, I can't wait to go back there and get stamps for every $10 purchase to redemn free gyozas, haha like the old school bubble tea stampcard. And talking about bubble tea, I'm craving for some kickass bandung ice blend with Koi's pearls. WAH drooling.

Its friday which means its mask day! I'm having it on now, can feel the slight tinge of sting so its taking effect! Shioks. I'm done with mid-terms and done for it too. Shall put it aside until the results are back. Kinda dreading tomorrow's tuition marathon grrrr. Money money money, just for the sake of money! I want to go visit uncle!! He called me today when I was mugging in the library and the baby was gibbering nonsense and he called me Ah-yi many times! Ecstatic but had to keep it down cos I was making too much noise haha. Totally in a chill mode now - I just finished watching ANTM and moonlight resonance and I want to bring tudou to dreamland to continue watching. I need to sleep soon to catch up from one hell week that just passed.

Time to remove my mask hahaha hydrated QQ skin! :)

I've just made payment for a spree and I'm kinda skeptical about it because I dont feel too safe transferring so much money! Please reply me soon hello!! Doing some revision paper for japanese now. Okay I sound like I'm so hardworking but no, I'm a fake! I just started hahaha. Test's tomorrow at 4pm, bless me. Poor KK is dead beat on the bed after his sleepless nights rushing his design. He's still not done and problems just keep sprouting out one after another. And I cant seem to help him much as I'm struggling over at my side too! I hope he's dreaming of lollipops and rainbows and everything wonderful now :)

Finally the week's coming to an end! I've been waiting for the longest time. But weekends aren't gonna be fun cos its packed with tuition back-to-back! OHMYGAWD. Its 10am-8pm for both days! And monday will not be spared as well. Just shoot me. Why do the N levels clash with PSLE which clashes with secondary 2's final exams! And I'm just teaching math hello. Having 9 students (and very proud of it) is no easy feat but I do hope to continue next semester! Why say no to good money hahaha. KK and I did our math just now and we concluded that if I continue doing this full-time for a 5day-week, I'll be earning at least $4k per month. Amazing right! I must be out of my mind to even consider tutoring full-time. Hohoho.

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs! My childhood memory! We were watching teevee that day when we chanced upon the advert but I didnt manage to catch what exactly was it. And when KK told me its some cloud and meatballs, I totally jumped up! I actually have the book in my cupboard and I forced him to read it. Its my pangsai book since primary school (shitting company). Although I'm very excited about the movie, I still won't waste my moolah watching it lah haha. But pretty amazing and curious that its being made into a movie when I can finish the book in less than 5 minutes.

I'm SO SO SO dead for social cog. Its MCQ again and I hate it when I slack off just because its MCQ. GRRR. But I've sorta given up hope on myself already cos I know its just a habit I wont kick and have to bear with it for one and a half more semester. Vocab quiz tomorrow too and I think I'll just study it after my test. This week is totally madness. Trauma on thursday and japanese on friday. And last week was spent on... Everything but revision. I cant even remember how I wasted my time off! Oh my oh my. I got a feeling that I'll be watching ANTM on wednesday night despite the test the next morning! HOW!!! Sucks.

Anyway, I've been putting on the masks that I've bought since gazillion years ago. I hope they're doing more good than bad to my supposedly sensitive skin. I desperately need my skin to be as smooth as possible! I've stocked up on the masks too! Hope they can last me till the exams cos its the period when the skin is the most volatile. I've also been diligently applying all the shiseido products that have been collecting dust on the table. I think my skin's showing some improvement! :) Aiyah, maybe its just placebo effect but dont burst my bubble so soon lah. hahah a few more months and we shall see.

Back to the stupid brains to culture book, hate it! Its so damn hard to understand. GRRR.

Yeah I've clinched the crash course intensive 3 weeks tuition! Gonna start tomorrow. I hope I'll do well, cos the parent sounded quite strict and expects quite a lot outta me. I see more money coming in!!! I never thought tuition could earn me 4digits in a month. Woohoo. I think I can really start on driving already!

I'm still writing my script for presentation tomorrow. Feeling quite half-hearted about it. I think the idea's pretty good but I think my part isn't strong enough and I'll prolly get shot by questions tomorrow. It feels kinda stupid to be reading and practicing the script in the pseudo broadcaster accent. HAHA but it sure is fun. I hope I'll remember the lines tomorrow. Another long day ahead. 9am-9pm. Gambatte!

I'm so counting down to recess week where I can finally take a breather! Hectic week was sort of over but I still have a presentation this wednesday and the usual never-ending japanese homework. I hope I'm catching up fine! Tutorials have been manageable so far except for the first few sessions (don't wanna talk about them omg). My long weekend is ending and school is starting again. Sigh. Apart from recess week, I'm also counting down to the exams, the december holidays, to my final semester.

Tuition is also piling up to the skies cos I'm having a sudden influx of students due to recommendations. :) Just in time to save my pockets. I'm having 7 students now and 3 more pending ones! That'll make it 10! Record breaking man! My mind now is stuffed with money woes and many other plans I've laid out. I need to start my driving lessons cos my final theory is expiring and ssdc is moving! Thats like $1k off my pocket. So many other things to consider! Zzz.

I shouldn't be resuming blogging at this crucial period. This week is almost madness. I'm done with a day, 3 more to go. Struggled through japanese class again, striking it off my calendar and counting down :) I still have a japanese writing task, unit exercise, practice practice and practice, s'pore studies powerpoint slides, 2 social cognition readings and a comment sheet, and 4 more trauma readings before I take a breather! Baby came to pick me up in the evening today! I know its not the first time hitching a ride home. But its the small gesture of coming all the way down when he doesn't have classes to lighten my load after a long day of 9 hours (oh the evening traffic sucks) which makes me fall for him all over again :)

Okay I'm lagging behind my work at week 5 already! Mondays are meant to be used for intensive revision but I've wasted 5 mondays already.
I have project discussion preparation, kanji homework, japanese reading homework to finish before I sleep! And also lab test and japanese vocab tomorrow which I haven't touched! Are I dead or what. I just wasted 80 minutes of my time watching final destination after dinner. So much for free tickets. There goes my sleep tonight. Byebye.

I'm rotting at KK's now. Exams' finally over! But I dare not say this is a well deserved break cos this felt like my worst sem ever. Let's not talk about it already. Been enjoying myself to the fullest since last thursday. In a blink, its monday already! How fast is that? Curbed my MJ craving with andee and gang at like 4 in the morning? Its fun playing with them, I don't know when the next time will be :( We made apple ~~pie~~ crumble on thursday too! Well, the recipe says pie and we tried to follow as closely as we could but oh, it sucked. So based on KK's previous dough making knowledge, we came up with a pie a tad too dry but turned out as a damn atas crumble! Also met up with sokes and gang for their early birthday dinner. Food at Mykii's wasn't fantastic, and the ambience was so-so. Will think twice to have my second visit.

Tuition madness started yesterday. It'll be intensive until wednesday and the coming weekends. Had our mothers' day lunch at Carlton last afternoon too. Dim sum was quite nice. It ought to be for that kinda price. Finally stopped procrastinating and headed down to book our long awaited trip! I hope the sea view room's good. YEAH I CAN'T WAIT TO SNORKEL. Too bad diving's off our budget :( Shall do up and checklist later! Napping time :)

Home studying is not doing me any good. 2 nights and I've only flipped a few pages. My voice is still hoarse and cough is still quite bad. Maybe its me being paranoid, but sometimes I thought I felt out of breath. I hope I'll recover soon because this swine flu saga isn't making me feel better! KK ended his exams already and he's been quite nice! Now he's playing restaurant city for me. We're all so hooked onto this game that I can't imagine the adverse effects it'll have on my grades. We're quite settled on going to langkawi already. Its cheaper than we expected, by a whole lot! Lots of suntanning, watersports and new town exploring coming our way! :)

Sick

Sigh, bad time to fall sick. High fever, severe throat inflammation and flu. I can't even speak properly now, cos it hurts. Stupid illness just came out of nowhere. Didn't feel too good on the way to uncle's house. 37.5 and a terrible headache at first, which rose to 38.9 yesterday morning. Went to the docs and slept through the day. I thought that was bad enough already but hell no, it skyrocketed to 40.3 last night. Totally freaked me out, I thought I was going to the hospital. Went to the docs again so now I have like 6 kinds of medicine to take! Can't even swallow the pills down properly.

Love KK! He was helping me with everything, from driving me to the docs to small little things like preparing cold wet cloth, getting water, feeding me medicine and tugging me to bed. He's the best boyfriend ever :)

Need to study in full mode! To make up for Friday and Saturday. SO DEAD!

Piled up

7th May! Marks the end of the dreadful exams and the start of my ~~three months~~ one month holiday! Will be busy with stuff from june onwards so effectively, I only have a month's break. Have been procrastinating to the max and revision is freaking slow. The schedule I came up with seems to be junk already. Its difficult to write chapters of notes consecutively when damn bloody stats is so dry! I'd rather have 10x of japanese to replace that.

Okay, maybe not. 900-word vocab list is no joke.

I have been checking up on short getaways and I really really wanna go there but the transportation fee is crazy. Don't know if its worth the money, but I think it is. The place is gorgeous! We can suntan, laze around by the beach, snorkel or just read a book at the beach-side cafe. I've searched all means of traveling methods and my window has a million tabs now. Adding more worries to my burdens.

And I'm hungry! Will eat an elephant when I get to uncle's house later man.

I just came across the cat welfare website and they're hosting a preview for the upcoming movie Gu Gu The Cat. $20 per ticket to watch the show and donate some moolah to help stray cats :) I browsed through the webby and saw that the adoption site has more than 200 cats up for adoption! Its just sad to see that. I can't wait to get married and move out so I can start raising miumius at home :) Do your part too if you can!

Coffee and notes

Coffee can't go well with an empty stomach. Despite experiencing the weird sensation, I still have to stick with this routine because I simply can't stay awake! But caffeine does not have much effect on me anyway. Developmental test in 2 hours' time and I can honestly raise the white flag. So not prepared for it, so there goes the 15% I guess. Stupid brain isn't cooperating very well! Endless reading but zero absorption.

This is the last week of school but the assignment dues and tests are never-ending. I can officially start my exams revision only after thursday. Stats project groupmates have been quite kind to take up more work on a rotation basis when the rest have upcoming tests. I don't deny that I did social loaf a little, cos I happen to be the one with a lot of tests. Oops. Report is about 90% done. I'm left with the JS essay, Kanji test and oral test to deal with after 4pm! MUST MUST MUST finish JS essay tonight!

Baby darren had his haircut and when he does that, he'll cry. Haha seems like he'll be pretty concerned with his hair when he grows up eh. He was playing his rubber ball along the corridor and randomly walked up to the neighbour's gate to baby talk, gibberish gibberish. It was hilarious. I think the lil girl inside was frightened, she almost shouted for mum. He fiddled with my phone and my wallpaper was a flower. So I said 花. Then he went 花. 花. 花. 花. 花. 花. For about 2 million times in his cute baby tone, which sound a bit like fua. かわいいですね。I will see him again tomorrow! And uncle as well. :)

藤井先生（フジ一せんせい）was so nice. She sent us our TC class photo cos it was the last class today. And she wrote this in the email:

They're quite nice! We always laugh over our language misuse and I think classroom settings should be like this. A horseshoe formation. It makes the class closer (like our TA and TC classes). Hope I'll see more familiar faces next semester. ♥

I'm getting my dose of Ghost Whisperer, love the twists and of course, stunningly gorgeous Jennifer Love-Hewitt. I shall complete at least half of my essay later! Yeaps, and maybe 1 chapter of cognitive? And woosh, a pampering mask too :) I need to love and pamper my skin more man.

Its a jam-packed fortnight ahead. Everything will end by 16 April! Hiak. Last friday was well spent on mahjong and two fat pigs staying over. I chatted with RJ till 5am before he headed home. Omg he's a damn j-drama freak and he practically watched everything! My future database for j-drama. All thanks to him, I've downloaded several high quality shows awaiting me to watch! Saturday was initially unplanned so we headed for bahchormee at serangoon. Went to nern's place and miumiu's so cute! Bridged the whole afternoon and it was a mega rush after that! KK and me went to chancery's cold storage, in hope of getting cheap and good steaks again but nah, our wish didn't come true. And since the parking was freaking $1.20, we shopped around to get $20 worth of groceries to waive it off. HAHA typical singaporeans (spending for the sake of spending). The minced beef was on offer so we decided to make burgers for supper! He then sent me to thomson to get flowers, then home to get changed, and lastly to his place for him to wash up and rushed off to hall to drop the stuff, only to get stucked in the jam for donkey years and ended up late at UCC for 5 freaking minutes! The usher saga was infuriating, and we ended up at the 2nd row for DU. But the 2nd item blew me away and from then on, I stopped complaining and quietly enjoyed the performance. Went back to hall for our supposedly romantic supper at the rooftop but ended up with dean and cass. Haha. Sunday was boring as usual and horrible tuition session that cost me 2 hours going through... say 40 mcqs? ROAR hair-pulling! I hope she bucks up soon cos SA1 is nearing and we don't have much time left...

I can't find that song in my playlist anymore, lovely piece by Gazebo. KK's cracking his head over his checkpoint tomorrow. Hope everything goes on well for him. His detailing is giving him such a headache that I can even feel the stress vibes over here. I wanna get my essay key points done but my hands aren't cooperating. I think it'll be a 3am completion as usual. Borrowed many books today and some look really promising. I hope we can ace this essay but hmmm, some people in the group are not very initiative yea. I bought vitamin E masks today, just when I wanted to go for a faceshop mask spree. Something tells me that I shouldn't and tada~ I got cheaper ones instead. I shall pamper myself with one after shower.

I'm finally done with resizing KK's birthday photos. From hall to Holland v's Aburiya to coffee bean. I crave for charcoal grilled beef now. The bibimbap was fantastic too. Yumms. Shall let the pictures do the talking. Time for shower and mask! :)

Look at his priceless expression! He always gives this look when he laughs hardly. The 哭笑不得 face. This was taken during my birthday dinner last year. I've finally transferred the photos out of the thumbdrive.

My schedule says 'Perception - 4 to 5 pm'. But nah! My book is not even opened. I'm seriously running out of time and I think I'll just scrap off the idea of jotting down short notes. Reading itself will take eons already. Aglio Olio for dinner later yumms! Angel hair is so apt. It almost tasted like char mee the previous time. Hope dinner's dishes are nice later so we can zhng our dinner further.

Anyway, I love to visit the spca's adoption gallery site when I'm too free (or not). They have really cute animals there! If I'm financially stable next time, the first thing I'll do is pay a visit there and adopt an animal or two. Miumiu is missing, we haven't seen him downstairs for weeks already. Makes me wonder if he is... He looked so sickly since I first saw him so it might be a blessing in disguise if he really is gone. He's always so affectionate and we love him to the bits. Last weekend came about with an addition of a black/white. So in total there are 4, although the ginger one doesn't look like a stray cos he's so big and fat like mini garfield and we only saw him once. But none are as nice as miumiu. Miss miumiu :(

I can't believe I'm actually blogging on quite a regular basis now! It just reflects how busy I am, cos this will be my last priority if I'm free! Well, didn't achieve what I aimed for yesterday, it was a totally wasted day, spent keyquest-ing, teevee-ing, surfing. KK was so hot-tempered! Chop his kukubird away if he loses his temper so readily again next time! But seriously, MS-word could have been more cooperative. I can imagine how frustrated he felt last night, when the layout's so screwed up. Nonetheless, we headed for prata at a wee hour of 4am. Dead beat when we went home and konked out on the sofa straight away after my shower.

Today wasn't any better cos sunday is teevee day! Channel 55 is so sinful! Tuition was a hair-pulling session again and I could feel my temperature rising by the minute. I don't lose my temper so readily so this kid is really amazing. She failed both math (WTF!) and science, supposedly the better subjects I teach and I could sense disappointment from her mum. I need to save her by mid-terms or she might end up in EM3 and noooo, I can't let that happen! When I left, I caught the miss-sean-virus again. In the past, I would just call him up by random and he'll pick me up either for supper or to his place for HTHT. I don't have that priviledge anymore. Look at how tanned we were exactly 2 years ago! We were playing mahjong over at my place after the tioman trip at this very time I think.

Wow, the change in skin colour is scary. To add on to the emo-ing, I flashed back to so many NYJC moments when I was on the bus (overlaps with the route I took to school). They are the best 2 years of my life. Although active only in our own pathetic circle, it was still fulfilling. And here with me now, is ms SM.wong, mugging hard for her test tomorrow. JC gatherings are the rarest now but we still had tonnes of fun that day. I still owe you guys pictures! Come bug me for it if you remember!

We watched Australia last night and omg its damn good. I couldn't stop weeping, and towards the end my tears were simply beyond control. Twilight wasn't even half as good. Our movies are always backdated because we'd rather spend our moolah on glorious food then hit the cinemas. But I find it enjoyable to watch shows from the comfort of our homes. Apart from the tickets, parking ain't cheap too. See how much you can save? A few dollars for the tv-cable and that's about it for our convenient alternative. Muahaha. Can you believe that we haven't catch a movie together before? I'll make Harry Potter our first - 16th July! This is an exception, in fact I always watch Potter movies more than once everytime. Oops.

I ~~want~~ to ~~need to~~ MUST read at least have of the cognitive text today! We're supposed to go to the library this morning - I mug while he finishes his essay. Then we changed our mind and wanted to head to national library instead to get some reference books and study there at 10am to avoid the ERP but parking's a worry so we thrashed the plan away. So we decided on kway chap brunch at 11am and his place to study cos barchormee's getting boring. But look at the time! Muahaha. He's just woke up and on his way here now. Tummy filling time :)

I'm feeling super relaxed today and I don't know why. I can almost smell the Friday sun already. Say hello to the weekends! Long-awaited. I really desperately need to mug for next wednesday's test. Its freaking 50% of the grades! Nic-hon is crazy. Its breakout season and it sucks big time. I've ran out of the ache cream long ago and there's no way I'm gonna restock it, not when its 150bucks. Sigh. Jon passed his driving test. I was secretly hoping he'll fail it (evil). I hate it when he bugs to buy a car or something. Doesn't he ever care for the family? Is he blind to see the plight of it now? He's an idiot. I hate him.

I hate the weather. Its making me so lethargic. I still stuck at 7% of my essay. And I happened to come across ANTM Cycle 12, so tempted to watch omg! When I read through the readings and books, I'll have an outline on what I'm gonna write, but when I actually start doing it, I lose all the ideas and inspirations. Oh my, this is gonna take ages. I want to complete it by dinner time tomorrow! 93% here I come!

I love japanese classes. I think its the best module ever. I even enjoy studying for it (like what I'm doing now). Regretted not taking it since semester one, or else I would be able to complete the whole course. Test yesterday was a flop. I better pray hard for the finals. I hate stats in psychology, but i still love math. I fell asleep last night while studying for the vocab test. My eyes are still droopy. Contemplating if I should attend cognitive lecture at 10 later. 2 hours of extra napping sounds damn good.

Visiting on friday afternoon. Miss my uncle and baby darren! I hope he can speak a little now. :)

I'm sipping my coffee, burning the midnight oil AGAIN. Sick of this lifestyle but I can't help it. This should be a sleepless night like last week's. KK's playing his bejeweled and its so distracting omg i wanna play too! 2 tests back-to-back starting from 8am later and I better stay awake from now till then. Instincts tell me that I'll miss my tutorial in the afternoon and come back to hall for a long afternoon nap. Boardgames exposure has been quite disappointing. Hope it'll be better tomorrow! And I mixed up the deadline for essay next week, its monday 12am, not friday! Omg a sudden lack of 5 days to complete seems quite a lot. I hope I can complete half of the books we've borrowed by tomorrow. It was hilarious this afternoon. We borrowed 13 in total and needed help in carrying back. 2k word essay, bless me. My worst of the worse. Its one of the reasons why I hate being in arts. Might have to postpone S9C gathering on saturday. Sigh, miss those peeps, who didnt make me feel left out even when there were only 5 girls in class. As if I was always around in the three months. haha. I hate my phone! never fails to hang 3000 times daily and cranky battery gets used up in less than 24 hours. Great. November seems a long way to go for plan renewal (aka new phone). Sucks. Finished my coffee and feeling zero effects currently. I did it last week, I can do it again come on!
